A Moment of Honor – Inspiring Education Hero Award 2025

Some moments in life make us stop and feel truly thankful. Receiving the Inspiring Education Hero Award 2025 from EGN India by Study’n’Learn was one such moment for me.

As the principal of Kochi Business School, I have always believed that education is not just about teaching subjects — it's about shaping young minds, building good values and and helping students believe in themselves. This award may bear my name, but it belongs to every student who inspired me to improve, every teacher who worked with me, and every experience that helped me grow as an educator.

When I started my journey as a teacher, my goal was simple: to make learning meaningful. Over time, that goal turned into new ideas for better classrooms, mentoring programs, and ways to make learning more inclusive. I've always believed that education should go beyond books, that it should help students in real life too.

What makes this award truly special to me is that it recognises my intentions, not just the outcomes. My goal has always been to bring kindness into classrooms, to lead with empathy, and to make sure every student feels heard and respected.

I’m proud of everything we’ve achieved together at Kochi Business School, where teamwork, creativity, and strong values guide everything we do.

This recognition has given me new energy to keep going, to keep improving, and to keep working for a better, more caring education system. There is still a lot to do, and I'm excited for what’s ahead!
